Q - What shipping options are available?
A - DriveWorks Solo software is available from www.driveworkssolo.com as an electronic download only. If you require media you must purchase DriveWorks Solo through a DriveWorks Authorized Value Added Reseller.
Q - How quickly should I expect a response to my online order?
A - You will receive an email confirmation of your order. Most email receipts are received within fifteen minutes. If you do not immediately receive your receipt, please allow up to twenty-four hours for it to be delivered before contacting us. If you have not received your receipt, please also check your SPAM folder, as it may have been automatically stopped and moved into your SPAM or Junk Mail folder instead of being sent to your inbox.
Q - If there is a problem, can I return the software?
A - We want you to be satisfied with our software. If you are not satisfied with DriveWorks Solo then we ask that you notify us within 7 days of purchase and submit a refund request. To do this you should contact
If you had an electronic install of the software, we will ask you to uninstall the product from your computer before we issue the refund. If you purchased the software from one of our authorized resellers or partners, then you must contact that company to process your return. We can only accept returns for products purchased online directly from DriveWorks Ltd.
