Secure Socket Layer
Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption is used for every transaction in order to ensure that your order is secure. SSL encrypts the transmissions from our e-commerce servers as well as your computer. SSL encryption works by forming a matched pair with the transmission from your compute transmission and our server, so that only data to and from these sources can be valid.
If you are using Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Internet Explorer for browsing, your transactions will be fully encrypted and secure when you buy. Both Firefox and Internet Explorer are available as free downloads from the following sites:

Secure Credit Card Payment
When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

Yes we have a complete training course on our website. Once you have registered (FREE of charge) for an account you may download the Training Manual and files, watch the videos for each individual lesson and download the sample projects at any time.
If you require face to face training we recommend that you contact one of our Value Added DriveWorks Authorized Resellers.
If there is a problem, can I return your software? view answer
Answer
We want you to be satisfied with our software. If you are not satisfied with DriveWorks Solo then we ask that you notify us within 7 days of purchase and submit a refund request.
If you had an electronic install of the software, we will ask you to uninstall the product from your computer before we issue the refund.
If you purchased the software from one of our authorized resellers or partners, then you must contact that company to process your return. We can only accept returns for product purchased directly from DriveWorks Ltd.
How quickly should I expect a response to my online order? view answer

You will receive an email confirmation of your order. Most email receipts are received within fifteen minutes. If you do not immediately receive your receipt, please allow up to twenty-four hours for it to be delivered before contacting us. If you have not received your receipt, please also check your SPAM folder, as it may have been automatically stopped and moved into your SPAM or Junk Mail folder instead of being sent to your inbox.
I lost my software key. What should I do? view answer

Log into your account on our website.
You must use the e-mail address and user name that you used when you first created your account. You can then view your license key.
Do you offer Educational Pricing? view answer

To qualify for DriveWorks education pricing, you must be a student or employee at an accredited non-profit school, college or university*.
*DriveWorks Ltd reserves the right to request evidence of employment or student status. This may include proof of accreditation, faculty or student ID, and/or email address verification.
Are there any restrictions on how education versions of DriveWorks Ltd software can be used? view answer
